If you have had your debit or credit card lost or stolen, please call our 24-hour toll-free hotline at 1-800-849-2274 immediately.

After reporting your lost or stolen debit or credit card to the toll-free hotline, please contact your local ECB branch location or our Customer Care Center toll-free at 1-800-841-6322 as soon as possible. Our specialists will start the process of obtaining replacement debit or credit cards for you.
